The semi-automatic unit (TDSL) features a preset pointer, to be positioned manually on the volume required at the beginning of the batching operation. As soon as the preset volume is reached, the instrument will issue an end-of-batch electric signal.

Manual or semi-automatic dosing units significantly reduce working times and simplify dosing operations. The dosing unit is used in industry in general and, in particular, for dosing water in cement production.
The manual dosing unit (TDML) is equipped with a pointer indicating the volume of water delivered and a meter reset lever. A version with pulse output is also available for DN40.
The semi-automatic dosing unit (TDSL) is equipped with a preset pointer, to be positioned manually at the start of the dosing operation according to the required volume; as soon as the set volume is reached, the instrument sends an electrical end-of-dosing signal.
